Shipping + Returns
 

SHipping

Shipping will always be added to your purchase (unless you have a code or discount) . The cost of shipping will take into consideration the weight, size and where you are located (orders ship from Portugal). Items are normally shipped via CTT (Portuguese Postal service) and the time of expedition can vary, depending on the order (let’s be realistic, if you order something that has yet to be made, please don’t expect the piece to be shipped within 1 - 3 business days… I still have to make it and uniqueness takes time).

Expedited shipping may be available upon request (Please email me using garradasjewellery@gmail.com). Transit time can vary but you’ll always be given a tracking number, so you can check where your order is.

Returns and refunds

Although I would love for every purchase to be a match made in heaven, I understand that I can’t always get what I want. Therefore, if you’re not completely satisfied with your piece, I understand and am here to help.
Here are the conditions:

  1. The piece must be a catalogue piece. I won’t accept returns for special orders. Please understand, if it’s a special order, this piece was handmade for you, and you only. ONLY EXCEPTION being that said piece has nothing that relates to you (your name being an example of something that relates to you), and this will have to be discussed with me via email. I’ll then evaluate the situation and inform you if you’re eligible for a return and refund.

  2. I must be informed, via email, of the wish to return the item within 10 days of you getting it, and after approval for return, you’ll have another 10 days to send it my way.

  3. The piece will be examined after I get it. The piece has to be exactly has it was when it was sent. I will not reimburse the total if the piece is damaged, and the value of fixing it will be deducted. If the piece is compromised beyond repair, it will not be reimbursed. Please allow me have enough time to receive the piece, assess it and evaluate it. I’ll need at least 5 working days after I have the piece in hands for your return and refund to be processed.
